For hygiene purposes earrings are not eligible for return, exchange or refund. All pieces are inspected and put through a rigorous quality assurance process to insure product integrity.
NEW home accessories have a 14 day return policy. If your item(s) are not within the return window, and still have their original tags, trim and packaging, please contact customer service for management approval.

How will my order be shipped?
All orders require a signature.*
House Of Lucid Dreams ships all of its products using FedEx High-Value Delivery Shipping. This method of shipping is specifically designed for a fast, easy, and secured method of shipping our high-valued pieces. All orders are typically processed within 4-7 business days not including weekends and holidays.
Tracking is provided upon the shipment of your order. Redirects of orders are not permitted, please be mindful of shipping addresses before placing your order. Management will not approve change of shipping address. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, and add a correct shipping address to a new order. To cancel an order please contact customer service immediately.

What is your return policy?
Personal and home accessories excluding earrings* and AEV (Antique, Estate & Vintage) items have a 14 day return policy. If your item(s) are not within the return window, and you still have their original tags and packaging, please contact customer service for management approval.
Upon product inspection and satisfactory return conditions being met, a store credit will be issued.
How do I return an order or item?
In the case where an item needs to be returned or exchanged, we will honor a return or exchange of clothing and new home accessories sold on houseofluciddreams.com up to 14 days from when the product was received. All merchandise must be returned in new, unworn and unused condition complete with all tags and trim. Customers are responsible for paying the cost of return shipping. Upon receiving your return, store credit with the amount of the purchase minus shipping costs will be issued. House Of Lucid Dreams is not responsible for reimbursement of packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to House Of Lucid Dreams. Email proof of sent item with tracking.*
